With vast experience in GT sprint and endurance programs, he blends race-proven pace with calm, analytical feedback. Will specialises in extracting speed safely backed by data, helping drivers read grip and build confidence. As a former diplomat, he personally ensures drivers and their guests receive a refined, world-class experience on and off track.

Miguel Faísca is a professional racing driver with an impressive record in GT racing. He first came to prominence through his success with Nissan, earning key wins and titles that showcased his raw speed and racecraft. Since then, Miguel has built a strong reputation in GT machinery, translating factory-backed experience and race victories into elite-level performance on some of the world's most demanding circuits. He currently instructs for Ferrari and manages Aston Martin F1's e-sports team.
